Default OVER WEIGHT?: Keeping that weight off!

OVER WEIGHT?: Keeping that weight off!

For most of us who have already lost oodles and oodles of weight, the toughest part really is to keep it off you! Here are some of the ways and means of getting the flab off!

No looking back!
Once you reach your targeted weight, its not that there's no looking back absolutely. Yes, if you intend to be that way for a long time to come then its possible that you have to maintain a few dos and don't for the same. Or else you can expect your worst nightmare to boomerang in your face.

Generally with fads and "various means of getting thin" diets float around the corner, one is most likely to grab these. But if you are living by the book not worrying about if this will help you in the long run, then hell is sure to break lose!

Practical diets
Its not necessary to be anorexic today, as much as the trend is to remain fit. So if you really know what needs to be done for the amount of weight you've lost, a good idea never to get it back would be to maintain it. Its quite possible that you know by now that your body is different from the others and that what may suit them for weight loss may or may not be well suited for you. The thin age may have been a thing of the past, but not necessarily that you need to be the front runner in getting it back.

Your achievements may have been your prized possessions, but its important to remain fit and eat healthy so as to never get it back to you. A good idea for you would be to keep changing your diets keeping in mind that all that you consume should be healthy and gives you enough time at regular intervals to indulge as well. After all you have only one life to live and you must live it to the full.

Some interesting findings
Always remember whatever with the past has gone, the best is always yet to come.

Eat with a flexi pattern in mind
Most people who eat sensibly may not completely look as if they have had a great ordeal in getting their weight off their chest. In fact they look and feel healthy. They are more prone to get into the hyper active mould and of being termed as health freaks. Its good to lose weight and maintain it, but not so much that it becomes your soul aim in life. Most slim people become rigid with age, let that not happen to you!

Indulging at times also helps you in watching your weight. A great idea is to constantly keep questioning your food. So even if you know you're going to have that huge helping of your favorite dessert, you know that you are not going to be guilty by the end of it all. Constantly keep upgrading the repetitions of your exercises. There may be a time when the exercise you do gets used to your body, which you might not be able to notice.

Live life to the fullest
A good thing about losing weight is that it necessarily makes you a great cook; an innovative one rather. Low fat diets have almost the same ingredients thrown in and its quite interesting how you can learn newer tricks of losing weight by simply changing the way you eat and cook. These can range from a variety of things, from switching to micro-wave cooking to steaming salads instead of eating them raw and also changing the oil that you use for an even better taste.

What to eat while maintaining those inches
Breakfast is of primary importance, so don't quit that for anything. It may only be your favorite cereal snack, but stick to it.

What to eat while maintaining those inches
Breakfast is of primary importance, so don't quit that for anything. It may only be your favorite cereal snack, but stick to it.

* Don't let go of your whites.
There is a tendency for most weight watchers to get rid of all white items, these may include sugar, flour, breads, pastas, potatoes, etc. While these may make you feel great for a temporary period, they are surely make you weep, if god forbid, you were to face the serious after effects of their loss.

* Instead increase the times you eat.
Most dieticians prescribe that you eat frequent small meals throughout the day. This actually helps because even though you psychologically feel that you are on a particular diet hence you need to eat, you'll notice that you'll soon get fed up of stuffing yourself with "feel good food" at all times.

* Eat out with pals.
Friends help restrain your dietary normalcy but its best if you could stick to your slim rules as far as possible. After all indulgent friends float around the globe.

* Constantly stay calm while eating your grub with fewer distractions.
Watching the television gets you so involved in the show that you don't really know how much you have consumed.

* Have a great sexual life.
The amount of calories burnt during the act can actually make you stay more active and have your skin glow in the bargain.

Exercise was once considered the necessity of the obese and the luxury of the slimmest. Like ideals and ideas change at a rapid pace, it has been noticed tat regular exercise not only regulates your bodily functions, but also allows you to stay fit for a longer period of time. This of course includes exercises of the facial muscles and the rest of the body.

Research proves that facial muscles act as an anti-ageing serum for your skin. Good amount of cardio also gives rise to a healthy heart. Whats even better is to regulate your lives with a three to four day a week exercise regime for instant and optimum health!
