Malai Kulfi

Malai Kulfi

Ingredients

1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 pt (16 oz) whipping creme
1 tsp. almond powder
1tsp.pistachio powder
1/2 tsp. cardamom powder
1/8 tsp. saffron

Method

Mix all the ingredient in a blender for 2 minutes.

Pour the mixture in to round popsicle maker.

Freeze it for 6 to 8 hour.

To remove frozen kulfi from the mold, place it under a running tap of warm water
