I like Paneer palak bhujia very much! Not only because, it is an easy-to-cook indian recipe, and comparatively faster to cook than other paneer indian recipes, but also because, paneer palak bhujia is a nutritious indian food owing to presence of spinach.

- Paneer - 200 gms
Spinach - 1 kg
Garlic (chopped) - 2-4 flakes
Ginger (chopped) - 1"
Tomatoes - 3
Green chilli (chopped) - 2
Tumeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder (amchoor) - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 4-5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Paneer palak bhujia recipe preparation method (indian recipe)
- Cut and wash the spinach.
Heat oil and fry ginger, garlic and green chilli.
Add spinach and cook for few minutess.
Add salt, tumeric powder, and red chilli powder.
Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook till dry.
Add Paneer and amchoor powder.
Cook for 3-4 minutes. And you are all set.
