Serves 4 1/2 kg carrots-grated 3 cups milk 1/4 kg sugar 2 cardamoms-crushed 200 gm mawa 75 bm Amul Cheese-grated 2 tbsp ghee Silver foil Few pistachios chopped 1 Boil milk. Add thegrated carrots, sugar, Khoya and crushed cardamoms and cook on slow fire. 2 Cook till the mixture leaves the sides. Add cheese and ghee. Cook for 3 minutes. 3Garnish with silver foil and few chopped pistachios. Serve hot. |
