Serves 4

1/2 kg carrots-grated
3 cups milk
1/4 kg sugar
2 cardamoms-crushed
200 gm mawa
75 bm Amul Cheese-grated
2 tbsp ghee
Silver foil
Few pistachios chopped

Boil milk. Add thegrated carrots, sugar, Khoya and crushed cardamoms and cook on slow fire.

Cook till the mixture leaves the sides. Add cheese and ghee. Cook for 3 minutes.

3Garnish with silver foil and few chopped pistachios.

Serve hot.
